Stop counting calories. They give you an excuse to eat foods you shouldn’t be eating.
Eat whole foods. Just flat out eliminate packaged and processed foods no matter how convincing the label. Lean meat, VEGETABLES (5-10 serves), oats and rice, nuts and beans, fruits and coconut will do the trick.
Eat when you are hungry. Your body is not supposed to feel deprived of anything.
Drink lots of water. Nothing else should be consumed other than water, green tea and black coffee (if you like it).
Organic or not? Who cares! If you master the above then you have earned the level of health to begin worrying about this.
